FUFU’S is the manufacturer of rayon and polyester embroidery threads.

We have been in business for over 25 years and possess the knowledge

and experience required for producing a high-end embroidery thread.

In-house Production and Quality Control.

FUFU’S produces a high sheen, great tensile strength and color fast

embroidery thread that results in excellent production and magnificent

color adding luster to your finished products.

ALL of our manufacturing process are performed in-house to ensure

that thread quality meets

AATCC (American Association of Textile Chemists and colourist),

JIS (Japanese Industrial Standard), and

ISO standards ( International Standardization Organization).

FUFU’S employees are thoroughly trained on the use of equipment

and internal procedures to maintain high level of quality. 

Each cone is coded so that a specific lot no., machine, and operator can be

identified if necessary.

FUFU’S uses an internal lab to test random samples of raw materials and

finished cones, for control reasons.

Our internal lab can custom dye colors at the request of customers.

We also contract an independent, international testing lab to measure the

quality of the threads with respect to the tensile strength and color 

fastness.

Environmental Safety:

No environmentally harmful products or carcinogens are

utilized in the production of our product.  All water used to

dye our thread is properly treated to separate dyestuff from

the water used in production.
